Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy Active Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy license Ability to practice therapy unencumbered within state and federal guidelines Experience working in a skilled nursing facility Supervisory or Lead experience is preferred.
