The Job Details:
Assist with new hire orientations, as needed Create building badges and enroll new hires into the timeclocks.
Assist with retention efforts.
Participate in onsite job fairs.
Possess the ability to step in and coordinate interviews with leadership for warehouse associate positions Create social media content Process required paperwork for new hires, employee transfers, changes in job classification, terminations for non-exempt level employees Update the HR message boards with company relevant information Work alongside leadership to ensure disciplines are coded correctly in Dimensions Confirm receipt of disciplinary action documentation from leadership and update the system appropriately Assist with filing of employee paperwork Assist with department/ facility swag ordering and distribution.
Complete facility initiatives as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Education High School Degree required Experience One (1) year of progressively responsible human resources experience preferred.
Must be able to learn quicky and work independently.
Maintain good organizational skills and confidentiality.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
