North Valley will focus heavily on agriculture, recognizing the on-going need for specialized electrical work that keeps dairies producing milk and cattle operations running smoothly.
North Valley Electric is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team.
This position is responsible for providing overall on-site and administrative support for all aspects of jobs to ensure project objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office - Assist with project coordination and tracking - Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Transcribe, type, and proofread documents as needed - Maintain electronic and paper filing systems - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office - Previous experience working in general contractors office.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
