Our franchise operates 18 locations with plans to expand.
We are currently seeking a candidate for the Central Valley area to join our Domino's family.
Including but not limited to:
Oversees 5-8 restaurant locations.
Conduct daily store visits to ensure standards are being maintained.
Accountable for coaching and training various levels of management to achieve operational excellence.
Is involved in the process for new employee orientation and monitors training processes to ensure the quality of training of team and managers.
Works on employee relations matters including but not limited to hiring, terminations, or investigations.
Conduct General Manager performance appraisals and provide feedback with a focus on development.
Develops and maintains management staffing levels; drives full management staffing for each location in the market; commits to the selection process; monitors staffing levels to anticipate sales seasonality.
Creates and maintains a safe environment for all employees and guests.
Determines and identifies information related to repair and maintenance issues.
Lead employee recognition and motivation efforts throughout the area.
Partner with each General Manager in the area to build and reach sales goals.
Provide leadership for each manager in the area to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provides needed employee relations assistance to managers and is proactive in addressing employee relations needs in the area.
Utilize available reports to identify opportunities.
Required Skills:

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience.
Minimum 45-hour work week availability.
Open availability.
Have no more than 1 accident or moving driving violation in the past 3 years driving and be able to pass criminal background check.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand, and walk for long periods.
