This is an essential job for the care and wellbeing of patients in veterinary medicine.
We are looking to add a dynamic team player to our clinic staff! At Community Veterinary Clinic we work towards one common goal:
Providing quality care to our patients and an excellent experience for clients; ensuring efficiency and service accuracy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Restraining animals and assisting staff during treatments and examinations Monitoring patients during surgery and recovery Administering medications, vaccinations, or treatments prescribed by a veterinarian Ensuring proper record keeping and documentation Performing diagnostic tests including radiographs and lab work Collecting blood and placing IV Catheters Performing ear flushes and nail trims The ideal candidate will possess strong and ethical critical and problem solving skills, have a compassionate and positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and will thrive in a team environment.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
