Nelson's client, a local Dairy Supplier, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a great opportunity to work with a stable company.
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Compensation:

00 hourly Essential Responsibilities o Answering phones and taking orders o Assisting customers with quotes, complaints, and confirming orders and status o Greeting guest and expedite visit o Handling catalog request o Checking in visitors, following building security protocol o Typing correspondence and memos o Copying and faxing as requested o General office and miscellaneous duties as assigned Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years related experience.
Must be a computer literate, detail oriented, multi-taskers who are comfortable interacting with customers over the phone, have good phone and email etiquette and a good work ethic.
